Writing a quality and professional Will is easy, simple and inexpensive. I am a Denver Will and Trust Attorney whose goal is to make drafting legal wills easy. You don't need to use a Will Kit, Do It Yourself Wills, prepaid legal forms or even do your Last Will and Testament online. We'll guide you and show you how to make a Will that's right for you. Gamble at the casinos, buy a lotto ticket but don't gamble on your Last Will and Testament. Prepare a Will that's right for you using an experienced Colorado Attorney, a practicing Denver Probate Lawyer.
Your Last Will and Testament is made to your specifications by a professional and experienced Colorado Wills lawyer. We also include a Living Will and Medical Power of Attorney.
It all starts here. Here's how!
Our Simple Will 300 Program (tm) is designed to provide a Simple Will for the individual, regardless of marital status. Each will is designed for the individual's needs and situation. Single people, a married person, common law married or those in informal relationships can all use the program to create their individual will, medical power of attorney and a Living Will (also known as an Advance Medical Directive). The price quoted is per person.
Simple Will 300 Program Cost: $300.00 US
What's Included In Our Simple Will Program
1: Tailor-Made To Your Needs.
All Wills in our Simple Will Program are drawn to the client's specifications and tailor-made to their individual needs. We work with the client until it's right.
2: Sprinkle Trust Included.
All Simple Wills provide include a "Sprinkle Trust" for the benefit of minor and disabled beneficiaries. This alone can save tens of thousands of dollars, avoiding conservatorships that would be required for an estate going to minor or disabled individuals.
The cost of the Will is a mere fraction ( 1 to 2 percent ) of the potential savings of future administration costs. This allows you to maximize monies made available to your loved ones and also allows you to better control the distribution of funds to your heirs after you're gone. In reality, you cannot afford to be without this Will. These Simple Wills are ideally suited for the young married couple, single parents and grandparents. It is an extremely good VALUE.
3: Memorandum of Distribution of Personal Property
All standard Wills include a Memorandum of Distribution of Personal Property. This allows you to give those important little things without further expense of amending your Will or once again involving the lawyer. One can change the Memo as often as you want in the comfort of your home. The legal requirements are simple to follow and we provide you with instruction and directions to assist you.
4: Medical Power of Attorney
The program includes a Medical Power of Attorney. This document allows someone to make medical decisions for you in the event you cannot do so yourself. It is a very important document and no one should be without it. Our Medical Powers of Attorney contain HIPAA provisions.
Do not underestimate the need for this document. The likelihood of relying upon it during your lifetime is great. As you advance in age you can expect more visits to the hospital. Each trip to the ER or hospital has the potential where you cannot speak for yourself. Regardless of age, it can happen to anyone... anywhere... and at anytime.
5: Living Will (also known as an Advance Medical Directive)
We provide a Living Will. This document is also known as an "Advance Medical Directive". It tells the world of your decisions about your end of life care. It helps avoids a "Terri Schiavo" like situation and instructs your heirs and family how you want to be treated in your last moments of life.
6: Colorado Law Specific.
All Wills and all other prepared documents included in the program, are designed for Colorado residents and are in compliance with Colorado State law.
